Norm and Nanette Pattern by Elizabeth Hartman
Norm and Nanette Pattern by Elizabeth Hartman
Norm and Nanette includes complete instructions for making gnome quilts in two sizes. These quilts are made using conventional patchwork techniques. The gnome hats are made using a cutting guide and a shortcut piecing method. Everything else is made using conventional patchwork piecing. Please refer to the listing images for more information.
Please refer to the pattern back image for quilt sizes and materials requirements. Page 1 of the pattern includes a chart with recommended Kona Solid colors for making gnomes with a variety of skin and hair colors.
The pattern also includes diagrams and charts showing all of the pieces needed to make each Norm or Nanette block. You can use these as a reference while making the pattern projects, or as a guide for making individual blocks and scrappy projects.
Norm and Nanette blocks include small pieces. The pattern will walk you through the process of sewing them with both diagrams and written instructions for each step.
