Colour can be applied in so many different ways.  One of the most precise is drawing with pencils.  As pencils can be sharpened to a fine point, the application is very easy to control.  Although not traditionally used on fabric, all of the pencils we carry can be.  Also great for paper, card, canvass, wood and so much more.
